Shipping:

Unless otherwise requested by the buyer, products will be shipped via The Courier Guy, handling and packaging charges prepaid and added to the invoice. All Shipping prices are calculated based on item size and location of buyers. For larger items, we will work with you/the client to organize transportation that suits your requirements. We only ship within Nigeria however if you are in another country you are welcome to send your own courier as we have an export number. Once parcels are collected by The Courier we do not hold responsibility for the item/s shipped.

Collections:

If you select the Courier option:

We use The Courier service to deliver your parcel to all major City’s and towns within Nigeria.

You will receive a waybill notification once you parcel is dispatch.

If you want to pick up the parcel yourself:

We need for you or your courier service to provide your Ref number which is indicated on your Invoice upon collection. We will let you know when you will dispatch your courier

You will receive an Invoice once payment is confirmed and the order has been picked and packed. The invoice will be a notification that you can now come collect or send your courier service.

If the Ref nr which is on the invoice is not provided on collection we will not release the order.
